Anil Kishorepuria
Anil Kishorepuria is a commerce graduate from St.Xavier’s College, Kolkata
He is a second-generation entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in the manufacturing, real estate, retail and trading industry.
In the past he envisaged the first and largest gated residential community in Bihar by the name of Garden Heights with 318 units, was an exclusive and leading distributor for Tata Steel in Orissa and Madhya Pradesh, set up Bihar’s first shopping mall and hotel and has been instrumental in setting up the first corn refinery unit in Bihar.
He is an active member of Rotary Club of Kolkata, Chowringhee Chapter and a Partner at Social Venture Partners India, Kolkata Chapter.
Karan Kishorepuria
Karan Kishorepuria is a graduate from Northeastern University, Boston specializing in Finance and Nutrition.
He was the founding member of NUImpact – The first of its kind undergrad led impact investing fund in America with an AUM of 500K USD when he was 21.
He went on to lead venture operations at IDEA, the largest student run venture accelerator in the world.
He has previously worked at Granthan Mayo Van Otterloo, Ratnabali Capital and Goldman Sachs before joining Regaal Resources.
He has received the Huntington 100 award, been featured in BostonInno’s 25 U 25 list and been awarded the ‘100 Best and Brightest’ business students in America by Poets and Quants.
He is a former national level squash player, voracious reader, 2 x Tedx Speaker and has given 75+ talks to schools, colleges and companies around the world as a Keynote Speaker.
He was the youngest Partner at Social Venture Partners India, Kolkata Chapter, is part of FICCI Young National Leaders Forum and Young Global Leaders almuni group at Northeastern University.
Rajendra Acharya
Rajendra Acharya is a Mechanical Engineer who completed his engineering from Malnad College of Engineering graduating first class with distinction.
He has over 3 decades of rich experience in various industries including Indian FMCG, Food and Ceramic Industries.
Some notable previous assignments include being the Plant Manager and Operations Head at Saint Gobain Ceramic Materials a globally recognized leader in the glass industry and Plant Manager at Roquette Ferres the leading global player in the starch industry.
He has expertise in plant operations, project management, performance management and is adept in operations excellence, lean manufacturing and business analytics.
He is also certified in Six Sigma Black Belt and is a TPM facilitator.
Saikat Chatterjee
Saikat Chatterjee is a qualified Chartered Accountant, did his Bachelor of Science specializing in Accounting and Finance from University of Kolkata and did his Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IIS WBM).
He comes with over 2 decades of rich experience working in multinational companies in the assurance, retail and education sector.
He spent his 5 years working at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Assurance Team before joining Spencer’s Retail Limited (Part of RP Sanjiv Goenka Group), where he had 4 promotions in 13 years, last serving as Deputy General Manager. He then spent 2.5 years as Chief Financial Officer at Rice Group before joining Regaal Resources Limited as the Chief Financial Officer.
He is also an honorary lecturer at IIS WBM.
Rohan Kishorepuria
Rohan Kishorepuria is a Mechanical Engineer from the B.M.S College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
He comes with strong experience of operations in domestic & global companies in the past having worked in the solar and tourism industry in various roles and capacities.
He is also associated with Indian Society for Advancement for Materials and Process Engineering (ISAMPE) and Fluid Power Society of India (FPSI).
