Heat Treatment Facilities

Our advanced heat treatment facilities are designed to ensure superior strength, durability, and structural integrity in every forged component. The facility is equipped with fully automated, gas-fired PLC-controlled furnaces sourced from South Korea, capable of performing a full range of thermal processes — including slow cooling, hardening, quenching, and tempering.

The plant houses two slow cooling furnaces with capacities of up to 80 tons, and bogie-hearth type hardening and tempering furnaces with individual capacities of

70 tons
each. These furnaces operate on clean gaseous fuels such as coal bed methane and liquefied petroleum gas, offering energy efficiency and consistent heating performance.

All furnaces are integrated with zonal thermocouples for precise temperature measurement and SCADA-based automated combustion control , ensuring uniform temperature distribution and accurate recording of heating cycles.

The quenching facility includes dedicated oil and water tanks (each with a capacity of 160 m³) equipped with agitation and circulation systems for controlled cooling. Together, these systems enable the plant to achieve optimal metallurgical properties for a wide range of forged products.

Through this integrated setup, our heat treatment section delivers consistent, high-quality results — meeting the stringent requirements of industries such as energy, transportation, and heavy engineering.
