To support the manufacturing activities, the plant is provided with covered raw material storage area, fully mechanized handling at all stages, processing machines and balancing equipments.
The Plant's present capacity is 24,000 MT per annum and is being increased to 36,000 MT per annum by mid 2017 by addition of fully automatic combined draw bench 75mm capacity with on line shot blasting and additional balancing equipments from SAS Engineering, Italy.
Covered raw material area is provided to store 1000 MT of materials. Keeping in view the increased capacity planned in near future, we have acquired additional area for providing covered raw material shed which can accommodate another 2000 MT of raw materials. The efficient handling, storage, identification and traceablity of raw materials are vital to our industry. We, therefore, have a vast covered storage area and yard managed by a team of a skilled material handling professionals.
